Job Description:
Performs technical, administrative and professional work in assisting with the activities of the County Planning & Inspections Department to ensure the orderly growth and efficient administration of County resources.
Reviews development plans, subdivision plans, and applications to ensure compliance with applicable County regulations, ordinances and policies; assists with the administration of the current planning process and participates in Technical Review Committee meetings; administers FEMA regulations and assists with CRS program; explains and interprets ordinances as necessary; works with the public to answer development related questions.
Researches, compiles and analyzes data and prepares reports and cases for presentation to various Boards and other civic groups, as needed.
Reports to the Planning & Inspections Director or their designee.
Must be physically able to operate a variety of machinery and equipment including computers, calculators, copiers, etc.
Must be able to exert up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
Physical demand requirements are for those for Medium Work.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
